About Yoindia & Indian Poetry
Poetry can be described as a rhythmic, imaginative expression of emotions. Every person has a poet somewhere inside, the poet who can come out in an appropriate environment. Yoindia is a site that promotes Indian poetry, which is not barred by the language, which encourages people to show their hidden talent.
Yoindia is a mecca of poetry, a platform for the budding young poets who become better and better each day with the encouragement and constructive criticism of their fellow Yoindians. Yoindian community consists of people from different countries, regions and religions who all share one thing - the passion and dedication for the poetry. The Yoindian community is a family where all the members are bonded to each other. Yoindia is also a centre for learning and entertainment where members share knowledge, have serious discussions as well as entertainment.
The Yoindian Community at Glance
The infrastructure of Yoindia consists of several forums, each forum for a specific poetic mood. These forums further consist of sub-forums, where members can express their poetic thoughts in different languages, whereas the main forums have urdu/hindi poetry sher. In the Sher Shayri for Khumar -e- Ishq, people express their romantic thoughts, the feeling of being in love and izhaar-e-mohabbat.
The Shairy-E-Watan consists of patriotic poems showing dedication and love for the country. In the Shayri for Fun, one can find humorous creations which can tickle your funny bone. The Occasion Specific Poetry consists of poems written for any event from birthdays, festivals to father and mother day.
In the Shairy-e-Dost section, all the poems about friendship can be posted. The Shayari -e- Husn consists of poems describing the beauty or Husn. The Shayari-e-Parastish has all the poems devoted to the Almighty God. In the Shairi for Manzar -e- Kudrat, one can find and post poems describing the beauty of nature. The Ghazal section is devoted for the classical urdu ghazals. In Shayeri for Dard -e- Bewafai, one can post the poems showing the pain of betrayal by the beloved. We have a Critics and Review only Forum, where people give constructive criticism and review to the poems which makes a poet to understand how much readers understand their poems, which helps them in further improving their creations.
